I'm using it to cut material for knife handles. It's very small and it's basically all plastic. Pictures on Amazon are very deceiving. One again it's made in China!

I had some issues with the blades on this product. I'm 65 and didnt realize I was leaving a negative review since I'd never done this before! I wrote the company and they have replaced the blade and given me some points on how to use this item since I've just started doing stainglass. A big thank you to Mike and I would buy the saw again. They stand behind their product!

I’ve owned this saw since 2021 so 3 years now. Ended up purchasing a pump and tray for the water to make cutting larger projects easier. It’s is nice to be able to leave it out as packing and assembling for each use is a pain. Clean up is easy. Affordable however I can see myself upgrading in the future as my skill level increases.

Took it out of the box tightened some screws and start cutting agate, works great I would love better diamond replacement blades though.

My old one died so I had to have another one. This one is made mostly of plastic and the old one was of metal so it's not as sturdy & nicely made, but the company is very responsive & great to work with.

This product seemed like a good buy for an inexperienced hobbyist. I have just taken up glass cutting and was tickled when I found this saw and it was one that I could afford. I have looked at saws for months and figured I would try this one. Ordered it and it arrived very quickly. Not too hard for a female to put together. When attaching the hose on the bottom of the saw for drainage, the top portion of the hose ripped before I could get it on and locked into place. I wiggled and finally got it to stay on with the locking mechanism. After about half and half of sawing, water started pouring out of the top of the saw in the upper corner. I cannot understand where the water was coming from because the upper hose attached to the water resouvoiur wasn't leaking nor was it near where the leaking was coming from. After about an hour and half of usage I decided something was wrong with this leaking like this and I decided to return it. I will think about ordering another replacement of the same saw or do some additinal research on the quality of other band saws. In all fairness to the manufacturer, I did not use this saw long enough "one to one half hour", to confirm the quality of this saw. For some reason, pehaps the hoses were dry-rotted or been in storage to long, but the curiousier of the two is "where was this water coming from on top of the saw"? Before I knew it the work surface where I was working was covered in water and this made a terrible mess on my counter tops.... If i decide to reorder this same product or order another product, I will post the results of that saw then....Thank you,Lin B.2nd review. Upon consideration I did order a second saw within the week just in case the first one was a manufacturer defect for this particular saw.I am returning the second saw also. Same problems as the first one but with an additional problem. The blade came off within one hour of cutting, put it back on two times, it would not stay on. More water pouring from this one than the first. I am not sure what is wrong with these saws, but I will not order another one and advise anyone wanting an affordable saw to look at other manufacturers, as I am getting ready to do. I was hoping the first saws problems was just a fluke in some type of the manufacturing, but with the second one, I discovered it is not a fluke with BOTH saws. I could not wait to get the second one in, put it together and now and sending it back. I am very disappointed with the workmanship of this saw, the problems with the blade and the bad leaking-water problem. Thanks to Amazon for taking a second one back and crediting my account. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!NOT WORTH THE TIME, EFFORT AND AGGRAVATION. LOOK AT A DIFFERENT BRAND NAME....
