Absolutely excellent quality strings! I'm definitely a believer, I've used all the other brands, and string Joy by far as what I would consider the best quality. Not only that but the ability to get custom strings whenever you want? Count me in. Absolutely love the business model as well. These nines have been on multiple guitars where others have busted right out of the pack. Overall, definitely going to with string Joy for now on

These are nice sets of strings and I am glad they come only in 10s to keep them as back up in case of string breakages since they 10s are usually the ones that break on my guitars.

Any guitar player knows the high E is the most likely to break, and of course it will always happen at the worst possible time. It's nice to have several spares in the most common size. I've used Stringjoy sets occasionally, although I typically use D'Addario. The quality is very good. These are not coated. I know the guitar community is divided about the pros and cons of coated strings.

I'm a long-time Stringjoy user and fan. As soon as I saw these, I had to get a set. And it's simple- a set of six single .010 gage strings. The high E is THE string to break! Having spares so I don't have to break into a new pack of strings is a bonus. If you've never tried Stringjoy- please do! They make a quality product with a wonderful feel.

I rarely break strings anymore. 20 years ago, when I was gigging, I'd run to my local music store to get a single if I broke one.Fast forward to today, and there are no local music stores around me. I accidentally hit the high E locking tuner on one of my guitars when putting it away and the string came out. I would either have to open a new pack of strings or somehow find a single .009.I have not tried Stringjoy before, but I'm glad I found these. This set came with six .009 strings that are all individually wrapped in airtight bags. This is great as it may be a year before I need another single .009, and being airtight, none of the rest should corrode before I need them.I feel the pricing is quite fair as well. I'll be ordering a pack of these in .011 as well in case I ever break a b string.

Ever since I learned the proper way to string my guitars (and stretching the strings before fully tightening), I have not broken any strings while playing. However, you never know when that could happen (probably will now since I spoke it into existence) and it's still good to keep spares and I like that Stringjoy offers single strings especially for that high E that is the easiest to break.

Excellent strings, these are just .010 gauge strings not a whole pack but it's good to have some spare 10 strings as 10's can break easily. Nice packaging and they seem well made. I don't think I can tell if the tone is different or not but these are a solid brand that I've heard great things about. These will lead my to trying a full set. A must for the gigging guitarist. Always good to have spares. Good value.
