I want the guitar hanger to invisible and keep the entire attention on the guitar itself. With this one you get exactly that - fantastic quality product, that’s barely visible on the wall. If Apple designed a wall hanger, it would look exactly like this one. All fasteners were provided and it took me perhaps 5 mins to set everything up. It keeps my heavy bass easily. Highly recommend.

These are my go-to wall hangers for my string instruments. I use them for acoustic guitars, ukuleles, and a banjo.Pros:- Super sturdy. The base and the hanger are made of quality metal, etc.- No issues with threading - the hanger part screws into the base without any problems. I have moved them quite a few times and the threading stays solid.- Coating and rubber are well made without any flaws- Screws are plenty long enough to hold your instrument sturdy in a wall- Well-priced for the qualityI can't think of any cons with these hangers. Highly recommended.

We wanted to avoid a floor stand to make more efficient use of floor space in the room. Installation was very straightforward, complete in under 5 minutes. Very pleased! White screw heads are the only improvement I could envision, to match the mounting plate. Great product!

I was comparing different methods for hanging a guitar to my wall. With a commoditized product like this, you have countless sellers with a similar product in the marketplace. But then I found out that some of the other offerings in the market may use a type of foam padding that can actually eat away on the coating of the guitar. As soon as I learned that, I didn't want to play fast and loose with some of the cheaper options in the marketplace. I went for the company with the strongest reputation in this space. String Swing was that company. They have been in the business of hanging guitars for quite some time, and the reviews online throughout this time are nothing short of resounding. It's needless to say, I received exactly what I had expected - a solid quality wall mount for hanging my guitar.

I installed this by myself with ease. Hardest part was trying to locate the studs in the wall. I didn't use the supplied anchors, choosing to drill into the studs instead. Pretty easy to install. It seems sturdy enough to hang my 1970's Fender Accoustic. With it's solid Mahogany body, it really looks beautiful hanging on my wall like functional art!

I had recently purchased a 2 pack of off brand guitar hangers from Amazon. It seemed like a great deal and the reviews were pretty good, I was initially happy. After examining the hangers more carefully I noticed the construction of the main middle joint weld just looked sloppy. Staring at my baby hanging on the wall each night I couldn't get it out of my mind! The String Swings are of a so much better construction. The threaded nub comes from behind the metal plate and the joint from the little arm to the curved section leaves no doubt to its strength. Even the quality of the supplied screws and anchors is noticeably better. Please don't skimp on the safety of you guitars, these hangers don't cost that much more. By the way the String Swing works great with a Telecaster with its odd skinny head stock. Might use those other hangers in the garage for a shovel or something.

Feels really sturdy, and the yoke (hooks that hold guitar) is curved to prevent guitar from sliding out. I was lucky to be able to find a stud where I wanted to mount this, so I know my guitar isn’t going anywhere.All in all, this comes at a great price and looks great on the wall. I’m so happy to see my guitar out for display — it’s perfect, functional wall art! Absolutely would repurchase, although I don’t think I’ll ever need to. Don’t think about this, just go for it!
