I got the white shirt in size 8 for my tall, slim 8yo son (52" and 60lb) who wears a size M (8) in boys shirts right now. The sizing is perfect on him! It fits without being too wide on him like many shirts are, and it isn't tight either. The fabric is soft and fairly thick, and the inside has a brushed fleece feeling that my son loves.Literally all but one of his spring baseball games was played on a cold, wet day, and he wore this shirt under his baseball jersey for every one of the cold games. He's pretty particular about only wanting to wear soft, comfy clothes, and he was always happy to put on his "cozy" shirt. Great fit and easy to get underneath my son's baseball jersey, although it may be tight if your child isn't an average or slim build.

This shirt is thin but comfortable. It's breathable and extremely well made. Great for active littles.

I picked this STRETCH IS COMFORT Youth Boy’s Oh So Soft Long Sleeve Mock Neck Top shirt up for my six year old son and went with a medium (size 8). He is 4'-2" and of average weight. It fits him snugly and he really likes it. Even with the long sleeves, he stays fairly cool in it on hot days when compared to regular cotton and sweat seems to dissipate faster than other materials.The material is very comfortable and I wasn't sure about the turtle neck kind of style but he hasn't yet complained about it bothering his neck or anything so that's good. It does a better job covering the back of his neck to protect it from burning. We have had some pretty high UV days so far this summer so this will help get him more coverage and hopefully limit the sun exposure to his skin directly. Overall, very happy with this shirt and would get more when it's on sale.

I received the navy blue size 12 for a 9 year old boy. The fabric is very soft and stretchy. My son loves it, its one of his favorite shirts.

Great base layer or warmer longsleeve shirt for cooler weather. It runs a bit large - size 14 is usually just right for my 13 yo and this is a bit baggy. But it turns out to be thicker than I expected so that means it should still fit him in the fall when he wants to wear it again.

I got this for my 6 year old son to wear under his soccer jersey on cold days. When I had him try it on, he refused to take it off. He loved how soft it was, as well as stretchy and warm. I got him a size 8 even though he's only an average sized 6 year old, and I think that was definitely the way to go to be able to have a few season's use out of the shirt. He wore it to a particularly wet and chilly game last Saturday, and it did a great job keeping him warm and comfortable! It's also cute enough to be worn on its own.

This shirt is so amazingly soft. It is like those super soft butter leggings. So extremely soft. And it looks great. We are currently using it as a layer under our baseball uniforms and it looks great. It hides the multiple mis-matched under layers we need for when it's cold and rainy. I'm planning on getting one for my youngest as well. It's held up well in the wash so far. If you have a kid who loves comforting soft clothes - this fits the bill. Two big thumbs up.

I ordered this shirt for my grandson as Fall has arrived. He says it is comfortable, and he likes it. Fit is as expected. Washes up very well and dries quickly. I'd recommend this product.
