These steps are perfect. Color was spot on from picture. They are sturdy and provide lots of room for storage. They look good next to our new hot tub.

I bought these stairs despite the other reviews and I am so glad I did!!! I love the extra storage- extremely handy with the testing strips and chemicals for our hot tub.

The steps seem very sturdy and well made. The sandstone color was much lighter than I expected as the photo showed a darker color. I liked that it was already assembled and the storage area is bigger than I anticipated.

As far as stairs go I couldn’t be happier. These stairs are made from strong plastic and have a waterproof storage bin for chemicals in the top step. These are a great value for your money, as I’ve seen others for much higher prices.

I'm pretty happy with these storage steps. They are sturdy and look good on the outside, and they have plenty of storage inside for spa supplies. They feel safe to walk on when climbing in and out of the hot tub. Overall, a good purchase.

For the price or cost paid, this item is in poor condition. I returned this item for a replacement only to find that the replacement has the same issues. There are numerous small holes covering various areas/spots of the product, therefore water/condensation/dirt could potentially get into the storage area. I have another one that is in another color that I purchased years ago that did not have any of these issues and is still functional and in good condition. However, the condition of the recent deliveries is unacceptable at their price point. I am willing to keep this as the height works and I can make sure to put things in the storage compartment that could get wet. Seeking help regarding a discount/partial credit or reimbursement for the product, which is represented as brand new and in good condition.

This had two purposes. One to alow us to get in and out of our blow up spa easier and two to let us store all the spa supplies. We were somewhat disappointed. They claim it will handle 300 pounds. He is 250# and 6 foot 6. It bends significantly under his weight. Will it last, hmmmm? They never show the inside nor describe it. The whole thing is hollow. If anything falls over it can easily roll under the lower step. You can get it out, but with difficulty. A plastics company could have made a box to side in there. As is we will probably make a plywood box to cover this hole and provide aditional side support. Then screw a piece of plywood to the step bottom to stiffen it. On the positive side, it looks great, it is made of thick resin, appears very durable, and with the proper modifications should serve our purpose. We may have to creat a step inside the tub as well.
