Low quality workmanship. The set screws are not over the key. It didn't fit over the shaft without cleaning up the bore and filling the set screw holes.

Best solution I could find replacing motor on a dust collector retrofitting fan bore/fitting. Lucked out one of the bolt patterns actually matched.Took a star off as the key provided did not fit well, loose. Silly thing to go wrong on.

Rough casting. Not to dimensions and not usable.

My application was to match the 3/4" axel on my mother's Jazzy Lite mobile chair. I will use this sprocket to attach "4 bolt" wheels with a more aggressive tread for better traction across a hilly, grass covered back yard.

I had made a plucker out of an old washing machine. I 3Dprinted a coupler with the matching spline but it broke pretty quickly, this fit perfectly over the shaft and was able to be welded without an issue.

Now, it might just be me, but i feel like the included grub screw simply struggles to hold itself in when put under vibration… which is what happens in a motored vehicle that this would go in.Hub itself is good enough quality, i see nothing wrong with it, and it’s otherwise been working fine in a motorized tricycle build for at least 3-4 months now.TL;DR Use threadlocker or a second grub screw on top of the first one

I used this on a custom chicken plucker and it works great. Don’t know how it works on a go kart.

Had to clean up a few burrs on it, but nothing terrible.I measured out the location & drilled 4 holes to secure it to the side cover on a Predator 212/224cc (3/4" shaft) to torque the flywheel. Works great. :) A predator's side cover mounting holes are 5/16 24 (fine) threads btw.
