Looking to upgrade my budget build State Core Line with some weight saving bits, but...! These dropouts are "just" too small to fit the axle diameter on my State Core-Line factory front wheel. I am not sure why these drops are so tight on this product, the factory state hub axle fits properly in the drops of my other carbon fork road bikes. Easton ,Reynolds, Wound up, Bontrager, and Kinesis branded forks. I did find another review with the same or a similar issue.

I assume these are overstock due to the low price and excellent quality. I got one after a crash left me with a lack of confidence in my fork. Turns out this fork is lighter than the one it replaced (which was carbon and even had a carbon steerer tube!) and is more stable at speed due to the lower offset. I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality and looks. The steerer even has what looks like a bead blasted anodized finish. What really sold me on this was the excellent customer service by state bicycle who answered all my questions before the sale. The fork looks great on my bike tooI don't know what the other reviewers are talking about regarding the fork not fitting. For a standard quick release front wheel it fit perfectly. Also, I think I can now try even wider tires as the clearance is greater than the fork it replaced.I would not hesitate to purchase this if you are in the market for a carbon fork

The longer trail distance added a bit of stability and the tapered fork legs absorb small bumps better than my stock fork.

It fit the Mavic road wheels it will be used with perfectly. All aspects of the manufacturing seems excellent. I prefer the alloy steerer tube as it allows the tube to be longer w/o creating a safety issue, a big plus if you have a creaky back. The weight feels good - not sure yet how much vibration it will absorb but there is always a trade off.

Es la primera pieza de fibra de carbono que compró para la bici y es mucha la referencia con la que venia de fábrica de aluminio, al principio me pareció caro la pieza, pero vale la pena.

Picked this up to upgrade the fork on my state complete, when I got it I was disappointed to find the dropouts were to tight to actually get my front wheel on. I contacted Amazon about a replacement, when that arrived I found the dropouts were also to tight to fit my front wheel. I tried other forks I had access to with no problem so I have to assume it’s a production issue on states end. Now I have to return a second defective fork, bummer.

Great fork, makes a lot of difference compared to non-carbon fork. Absorbs vibrations better and make a ride more comfortable.

The fork has been great so far on my single-speed. I've done about 200km with it on and I don't shy away from jumping curbs. The weight savings (of over a pound) over my steel fork and the shock absorption are definitely noticeable. The arms were a bit shorter than the one it replaced so it DID slightly modify the geometry of the bike.
