Majority of these are from amazon and you would never be able to tell. Real silver and very detailed down to the engraving, and even better, much more affordable than the real thing. Highly recommended!

I purchased this charm for my pandora charm bracelet. This charm is very detailed and well crafted. It fits on my bracelet with no problems. I haven't had it for very long; but so far, I've had no trouble with the finish. I'm very happy with this charm. I can't answer about working with the company on service or returns, but with the great quality of this charm, I would order from them again.
