Have had this printer for 6 months and now it no longer works! After the 3rd month (and when the return window expired) we had to turn it off and on several times a day to reset it because the blue light would continuously blink and it wouldn’t be online. Do not recommend buying refurbished. Now we are down almost $300 for a sub par printer that worked on and off for 6 months. Hard lesson learned!

It was very difficult to set up and support couldn't help. Finally had to pay an IT guy to do it. Took over an hour. Now that it's set up it works well.

We ordered a receipt printer to use with Shopify. After following the installation instructions and speaking with a representative of Real Deal Electronics, our printer still does not work. We were given the phone number for the manufacturer's support team only to find out the printer is bad. Wasted a full 6 hours of work time troubleshooting. ALWAYS BYPASS BASIC SUPPORT, they know nothing but how to read from a screen.
