Had to replace my switch in my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The old one finally gave out after 23 years of service. This replacement switch was perfect and easy to swap out. Now, everything works again. Perfect.

The dash lights on a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee were only working on the dimmest setting and the interior lights would not turn on with the sliding switch. Purchased this switch and installed it. Now the dash lights and interior lights are working correctly. It was an easy install and fit perfectly.

worked fine, videos out there on youtube of the install that I would recommend. Easy to do. Worked great and no in and out of the lights on the gauges anymore. Fit to OEM and no issues.

Headlight switch works exactly as it should. Bought for a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

Although Amazon says it fits a 1995 Grand Cherokee, it does not, at least it does not fit mine! The sliding dimmer switch on mine is underneath the headlight knob and slides horizontally instead of being to the right and sliding vertically like the switch shown.

I had the infamous Jeep blinking gauge lights, which is caused by a bad light switch.Instead of buying a new one from the dealership, I purchased this one. It's pretty much the same quality, and fit and function is perfect, no more blinking lights!!!Installation is simple and easy, you do have to remove a couple of snap in trim pieces, along with about 10 - 15 screws to get to the switch, but took me about 20 minutes of careful installation. I can do the whole thing now in about 5 minutes after doing it once. Just Google search your year jeep for light switch replacement, you will find a Youtube video showing you how to do it.
