I never thought about purchasing something like this before. Being from BC and having a fire ban for the majority of the summer, we have to use propane firepits. We were able to cook, chicken, burgers, hotdogs, that buns directly onto of the fire pit. Hands down amazing purchase!

I was looking for a Grill/Grate for my fire pit and this one seems to work pretty well. My Fire Pit ring (from Menards) has a mounting point for accessories and the post that came with this fit just perfect with one minor modification. All we had to do was drill out the hole to fit the pin that came with the fire ring (see photo). After that the post fit perfect (it is upside down but no big deal). The Grill portion is nicely sized and the grate can be removed for cleaning etc. Not sure I will use the pot holder section but we will see. My only suggestion to the manufacturer would be to put better welds on the nuts that the friction handles screw into. I can see where these will eventually break as others have suggested. As soon as I can, I will have someone reinforce those welds. For the Price, I did expect a little better construction. But all in all, not horrible and worked the way I wanted.

The bolt broke off as I was screwing the top hanging bar. There is no way something that can break during assembly would've withstood high heat. Not going to bother returning. Will just reconnect the bolt with some concrete.
