The only thing negative is that the burner is twisted ever so slightly to one side

First time I fired up my fire table the stainless steel pan burner warped. The edges are no longer flat and flush with table top. Other then warping the burner works fine.

It worked out just perfect, and received quickly.

This looks good but it's defective. The metal housing warps and buckles from the heat thrown off by the burner. The metal needs to be thicker.

Perfect for our fire wall by the pool. We purchase 2, and lay them longways for a more bold effect

For anybody debating between this and the American fireglass brand version, there are so obvious differences other than the extra $80 for the American fireglass. The metal on the top of this is posterboard thin, and came with the corner bent. In comparison, the American fireglass is extremely thick and sturdy.I initially though the American Fireglass was the way to go... but then a friend suggested this one could be mounted UNDER the granite whereas the American Fireglass, by virtue of its thickness, would have to go OVER the graniteI think the ability to change the firepit later if it doesn't hold up well would be nice, but there is a benefit to having it under (easy to cover flushly...)Just some thoughts. I posted a video that shows the difference between the two.EDIT: I top mounted it and it warps horribly. I think this was a waste of money. I need to contact the manufacturer for a refund.Time to get the American Fireglass version!

The company no longer sells the connection kits, so you get to cobble together your own parts, and it will cost about $100 more if you shop around. There aren't clear size or BTU requirements for the 6 separate pieces you will need to purchase. Good luck if you aren't in a town with a hardware store. I just ordered parts online and it will probably take several returns to make sure everything is correct. Thumbs down on Easy to Install...sure it is easy to pop it into a table and put rocks on it, but at this rate I won't be able to actually USE it for weeks.

Very good quality. I have not experienced any of the rusting/warping issues mentioned in other reviews. Before I lit this burner however, I made sure to place the fireglass in the pan. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of this unit.

Looks and work great! I have compliments after install. Need 25 pounds of glass. Only complain is not was flush on the counter, not a big deal as I use silver caulk to hide it. I'm so glad I finally did this, but sadly, I won't be able to enjoy until it gets cool.
