ADD LUBRICANT
- Remove the nylon bushing with a tool
- Add grease to the bushing
- Reassemble the parts and tighten them
EASY TO INSTALL
- This requires you to first understand how to use the wood screw.
- Pre-drill two holes in the wooden beam, it is recommended to use a drill bit smaller than 0.2".
- Pass the screw through the hole in the base of the swing hanger, and use a wrench or electric drill to tighten the screw.

for a punching bag in basement. mounted on 2x4 and dropped into the space between I-beam joists. holds weight and position fine, but can still be a bit noisy. decent build quality. would consider if needed again.

These are beautifully made and rotate smoothly and freely on their built-in ball race.Maybe a bit too freely for egg chairs but you can easily dampen the movement slightly by stretching an o-ring over the join between stationary and moving parts

appears sourced from china but this is really well madesome of the pictures show Phillips screws for mounting but mine came with large size lag screwsvery smooth action in the swivel bushings and the carabiner is heavier duty than expected
