Well made, high quality, functional mug. Handles on very well. Useful and of good quality.

I’ve been using this daily, for ice water, for months. I got it because my arthritis makes it painful to hold a glass full of water. The handle makes it so much easier to hold. I wake up in the morning and still have ice in my cup!

Ordering a another. Use it over and over. Keeps hot things hot and cold drinks cold. Nicely shaped, comfortable to hold.

I have someone big hands. In the past I've had a few mugs where there's really not enough space for my knuckles and it's kind of uncomfortable. Plenty of room here and the handle is very sturdy.Keeps my beer cold for a long long time. And when I'm finished with it, it's still nice and cool inside for my next one!I drink a lot of coffee too.. sometimes I get involved in invoicing and estimates on my computer and by the time I realize I haven't had a sip of coffee in 15 minutes, it's now cool so I have to take a couple big drinks to get the level down a little bit so I can pour fresh hot coffee in there to warm it up. Holy smokes, not with this thing. Yesterday morning at 3:30 a.m. I poured about 16 oz of 200° coffee. At 4:30 a.m. It was still steaming and probably about 150°. Amazing!The only disappointment I have is that it is made in China. When I pay a premium price for one single mug, I expect it to be made in America. If this was a $10 mug then I would expect it to be Chinese. I am disappointed but still very satisfied.

The mug looks and feels gorgeous and high quality. Bought it as a gift and the recipient is delighted. However, it came without a lid and although other reviewers said there was a slip from the seller, there wasn't with ours so we're unable to reach out to them. Disappointing and frustrating

I ruined a plastic coffee bug I had that was "insulated" by soaking the top, where there was a seam that had turned black (cup was white although inside stained brown from coffee) in bleach and it acquired a bleach taste, then using various chemicals and polishes to remove that caused it to smell like the chemicals. I went online to replace it and could not find something like it so decided to go with ceramic since that would not have a seam. I also learned that porcelain, which is a finer grade of ceramic, will not stain, so ordered a 17 oz porcelain mug. When I would microwave my coffee in it, the outside was too hot to handle and the handle was very thin making it difficult to remove and carry with the handle. It also filled to the top was 15.9 oz and not 17 so I returned it and renewed my search. I came across this stainless steel mug listed here and rejected it because I wanted something I could heat in my microwave. I ordered a 2-pack of 20 oz insulated glass mugs, and they arrived the next day (good old Amazon) and were absolutely beautiful and were microwavable. But I now really wanted an insulated mug that really kept things hot (my coffee) and cold (my milk). The insulation in the glass ones did not much if anything. Maybe with cold drinks they would prevent sweating but I didn't evaluate that as that was not something that meant anything to me. So I went back and ordered this Real Steel 20 oz mug. Now, when I reheat in the microwave coffee from my carafe, I have to put it in a Pyrex measuring cup (4 cups) to heat it then pour it into the Real Steel mug, but boy does the mug keep it hot. It takes about 3 hours for it to get cool. After an hour, it was still decidedly warm and when I hold my hand over the top, I can feel the heat coming off of it. A lid might cause it to stay warmer longer.The mug claims to be beautifully made and indeed it is. The handle is very well designed for comfort and the slight curve along the top is exactly where your thumbs naturally falls when you pick it up so it nestles right into the curve, giving you just about perfect control of the mug.The inside is just big enough in diameter for me to get my hand down into for cleaning, but for someone with big hands, a dish mop might be necessary. I uses powered creamer in my coffee and as I sip it and it then sits for a bit, where the level of the coffee is causes a thin ring of creamer to stick to the stainless so when I go to rinse it out, those little rings need to be rubbed to come off, which they readily do, but just rinsing is not enough.Oh, worth mentioning and something that was a factor in my shopping for mugs. I wanted a flat bottom because it makes it less prone to being knocked over. A lot of the ceramic cups I looked at had rounded bottoms, just begging to get knocked over. Since this is technically a beer stein, I am not sure round bottoms are big in beer steins, but "beer stein" is just a term and the fact is we want a container for a liquid. My old plastic coffee mug was almost 4 inches in diameter and much shorter than the Real Steel mug, so would be even more resistant being knocked over, and I thought about contacting the family that makes the Real Steel mug about maybe making one about the shape of my old mug, but the wider the opening, the more heat loss, so maybe I would be protecting myself against a once in 5 year spill at the expense of cold coffee all the time.

I came across this by accident and been looking for something similar for a while.. pleased to say it met my expectations of having a cool drink available during the night, it really does keep ice frozen for a few hours and the set no cold throughout a night. The quality is excellent as it should be for the price.. not so sure about how long the plastic lid will last though.

High quality stainess steel construction.It keeps drinks cold on the same ice for hours. I bought this to replace a glass stein that came to a sharp and messy ending. The vacuum insulation works exceptionally well for hot and cold beverages( although I use for cold drinks almost exclusively).The old glass stein served me well for 30 years but this is definitely better. It keeps my drinks way colder and looks like I'll get a lifetime of use.

Nice mug sturdy. Took a long time to be delivered and doesn't have a plastic lid. This is why I bought it so very disappointing. Without lid overpriced. Not good communication from seller

They really shouldn't list this as only a beer mug, because people searching for a good, sturdy coffee mug will not see it. I have been using ceramic coffee mugs for years, and I'm very particular about my coffee mug. It must have a handle, and it must have a lid that is easy to sip from! So many are just not right! I found a brand of ceramic mug I loved and was perfect- except that I kept breaking them! After replacing 3 in 2020 alone (figures!) I decided I'd better switch to stainless steel, since plastic is out of the question- makes your coffee taste like plastic. During my search I accidentally saw this "beer mug" advertised, and I knew it had what I wanted. Unlike others that LOOK exactly like this, this one has a handle that is welded on, not screwed on, so it will last longer than I will! The only downside for some would be that it does not fit in a car cup holder (hopefully not a problem for beer- ha!) but if you need it for home use it is awesome! This keeps my coffee almost painfully hot for more than an hour and I can sip it in a leisurely fashion as I go about my morning routine. I used to use a candle warmer to rest my ceramic mug on so that I could do this, but now I don't need to! This thing REALLY insulates! The handle and lid are comfortable and it looks nice, too. I quickly ordered a second one and I fully expect to never have to replace them, as they are extremely well made and thankfully unbreakable!

Although the mugs themselves are nice, the lids do not stay on. I think maybe the rubber seals are to big or mis shapen, but the lids, no matter how hard they are pressed down, keep rising up and popping off making them unusable for the purpose I bought them for. I'll be returning them. They were a gift so this is very disappointing.

This is a solid mug. It is very sturdy and has a great stine look. When I fill it with ice it does stay cool for many hours. I have placed it in the dishwasher and have had no issues up to this point. I am very pleased with this product but I removed one star because it is not 20 oz. I would say is more closer to 18oz.
