Hello everyone,A few family members love flan, so I thought having a mold especially designed for this popular dessert was going to facilitate the cooking process, but after a few uses, I’m not sure there’s a significant advantage to it . The pan itself (and spatula) , although not very big, seems well made and has an attractive make with a pretty reflective quality to it. The cooking time was about the same, the locking mechanism at least for me seemed unnecessary and un molding the flans resulted in some pieces sticking to the bottom, creating a less than desired look. Cleaning it was easy, but I’m already noticing water stains. Perhaps it’s premature, so I will rate it 4 stars for now anticipating that may change with passing time . Thank you !
