* When the load current is higher than 10A, a heat sink must be installed to the solid state relay, or the SSR relay should be mounted on a metal base plate with heat dissipation effect, and the thermal grease is applied between them.
* When the load current is 40A or more, a fan cooling radiator or water cooling radiator must be equipped.

Wanted to use this with a small timer circuit but there is way too much bleed through causing the timer to always be on even if the relay indicated it was off. May work if you use a separate power supply for the relay and the load

Just used to complete a circuit with a simple open contact flood sensor. There's a large voltage drop on a 12v relay but this contact will still close with low voltage... I tested I think as low as 3v it's in the specs. The voltage drops to 7ish volts for my use which still closes the relay. This in turn will send power to an normally open valve closing it off to prevent further flooding. At 12v it doesn't get hot but I attached the large heat sink anyways with no paste just to keep it elevated. I had to find some screws for that. They could have included it so minus one star for lack of 2 screws.

Works great for my transbrake and bump. Make sure I get dc to dc. The ac to dc one can’t handle it.
