I give this product 5+ stars! I have struggled with my bowels through the years sitting on the toilet until legs are numb with no relief. I have only been using this for a little over a week. It is amazing. I can sit down with no urge to go within 30 seconds instant relief. Before the squatty potty I never felt empty afterwards now I come out of the bathroom with an afterglow on my face lol I have IBS and have struggled for years. I highly recommend this product!
