It came undamaged, looks to be new, wrapped in bubble wrap. For a house apartment construction in Mexico. I was surprised by the time delay for sending something that claimed to be in stock as most items arrive in 2 weeks maximum but this appeared to wait for 2 weeks before shipping out, for this I deducted 1 star. The product is 100% though, and we got by in construction with a 40 amp breaker.
