3"(75mm) Hook & Loop Backing
Front size is 5" (125mm) and backing size is 3" (75mm).
It can be used with 3" polisher.
The hook & loop backing can be sticked to backing pad tightly, provide quick and easy change at the same time.
5/8-11 Thread Backing Plate
Backing Size: 2.6 inch (68mm)
Front Size: 3.2 inch (80mm)
Suitable for wool and sponge pads with 3 inch (75mm or 80mm) backing.
Special Beveled Edge
Compared with normal backing plated, the backing plate has special beveled edge, which will help to install wool pads more easily without involves wool hair.

More Aggressive

I used these along with 3D ACA 510 after sanding new paint with 2500 grit. They cut out the 2500 no problem and will even get rid of 1500. I like that the wool surface wraps around the pad so there are no edges to worry about and I can get into concave surfaces. The downside is these shed a lot. My garage is covered in wool and developing wool bunnies everywhere.

To The negative reviews.. hahaha..all wool pads shed...they are awesome and thick!.give them a little time! and I have a small Rechargable Cordless blower to blow across the fi ished panels!..hell..some waxes dust..so what's the difference..you won't inhale any fibers..dust if your like me having a fan blow across your work and kind of behind me and help to haze wax/sealants!! If your still worried throw a cheap mask on!..The pads are a Keeper!

Great product like always with SPTA. Purchased to use with Milwaukee buffer/polisher and works well together. After initial fiber spins off you're good to go.
