It's easy to make this mistake. There are so many models of SodaStream that it's easy to mistakenly identify your model incorrectly. I was certain that I had the Fizzy based on the pictures so, when this arrived I took everything apart happy to finally fix the SodaStream. I opened the package and "NO INSTRUCTIONS", I hate when that happens. I figured that it can't be that complicated and I looked all over trying to figure out how to put on this part and nothing made sense. I finally looked it up much more carefully and discovered that I had purchased the right part, but it was for the wrong machine. The bright side is that they wrote a great song about this in 1973. I knocked the star off for the lack of instructions, but in truth it may be just that simple.
