I am reviewing LRWLRW brand spin mop and bucket, which at the time of this review was $49.99 and included 6 mop pads. Overall a pretty clever mop system! I typically use the basic single pad jet spray mop around the house, but after a while it just feels like I'm pushing dirt from one room to another, unless I removed the pad and cleaned it off. This really eliminates most of that, as the clever design sprays clean water onto the pad and uses brushes to clean the old dirt off. It also keeps the two water chambers separate, which is something I hadn't seen before. Cleaning works well; it picks up quite a bit of stuff! I also find that the square shape actually fits into areas just as well as the narrower pads I'm used to and seems a little easier to control. It swivels easily to get under my furniture and kitchen cabinet toe kicks. I do miss having the sprayer from my old mop, as I could pre-treat areas a little better. However, I like that I can keep cleaning solution stored in the bucket so i don't have to mix it every time; I can use the drain plug to drain out dirty water without having to empty the clean solution. When comparing this model to others here on Amazon, I guess this justifies the slight price premium due to the inclusion of the 6 mop pads.

Every now and then, I see a new concept for an existing product that makes me say "how did no one think of this before now?". And in all fairness, I haven't dug very deep to see if they are in fact the innovators of this design, but I'm giving them the credit as it's the first I've seen.Traditional mopping has been around forever and all the mops I've owned to this point share one common problem. And by that I mean that your water just keeps getting dirtier and unless you are changing after every dunk, you are spreading some of the dirt and grime you just mopped back onto the floor. And that is what makes this mop/bucket combo different than every other I've seen and used.So in essence you have a clean water tank with a pump in the middle of the bucket and a dirty water collection reservoir around the perimeter. When you press the mop down into the clean water reservoir, it pumps clean water/cleaning solution onto the mop head while spinning the dirty water away. It also includes hard bristle brushes that further clean the bottom and side of the mop head as it spins across them. That's the simplified view of what this product is and how it functions.Admittedly, I probably don't mop as often as I should and with kids and pets, the floors get dirty. I find myself changing the mop water 5-7 times while mopping my 1300 square foot home. I was curious as to how well the bucket would actually clean the mop head, so on the initial run, I flipped it over frequently to see how dirty the head was getting. To my surprise, it appeared to stay pretty dang clean throughout the entire cleaning process. Even when I ran the head under hot water in my basement slop sink, the water coming off barely looked dirty at all. It honestly works way better than I thought it would. And the water poured from the dirty water collection was definitely dirty, and the floors looked fantastic when I was done. The mop head covers also seem to be washing machine safe and durable, so I imagine they'll last a good while before needing to be replaced. And you get two in the kit. There are a few things that I wasn't thrilled with. I'm not a fan of having to undo the latch every time you want to spin the mop to rinse it and collect more cleaning solution. But I also can't think of a way to engineer it to where you wouldn't have to set it up that way. I'd love if the clean and dirty water storage compartments held a little more. Again, my house is about 1300 square feet of all tile and hardwood, and I ended up going through about water changes to mop the whole house. But I can't really deduct stars because I was already changing the mop water in my other setup at least that many times. And they probably also have to consider size/weight constraints and not make a product that weighs 30-40 pounds full. A thicker mop pad that holds more liquid would have been nice as well since it's pretty thin and you'll end up spinning it a lot to clean and add more cleaning solution. But then I have to consider that more frequent cleaning of the mop head means cleaner floors and less smearing of dirt and grime. All of this is very nitpicky and nothing I would deduct stars for.If you have a gigantic house, you may want to look at a different option. But for homes with under 1500 square feet of hard floors, I highly recommend this product. It really does do a great job and I always appreciate innovation in a seemingly stagnant product category. And at $40, it's more expensive than a regular mop and bucket, but worth the few extra bucks in my opinion.

This is my first spin mp. I like it! You have to learn 5 steps to mop with it. You have to learn two or three steps to empty it without spilling. Then you will mop cleanly and efficiently without leaving a wet mess on your floor. No more worrying about damaging your wooden floor with too much water. No more worrying about loosening the grout from your tiles with too much water. It uses the perfect amount of water every time! I LOVE IT!SAFE FOR FLOORING:This mop cleans wood floors and tile floors effectively WITHOUT LEAVING PUDDLES OF WATER on the expensive flooring. The brushes scrape off excess water when it spins. When you lift the mop out, it already has the perfect amount of water on it. That is very important. No other mop that I've owned has been able to do that. All my other mops left puddles.EFFECTIVELY REMOVES DIRT:In my study of microfibers, I've learned that microfiber mops are more effective at attracting and removing dirt because their molecules are polarized. They actually use electrical charges to attract and hold onto the dirt and hair. We get two microfiber mop heads. They did pick up the dirt and hair off my floor.SELF CLEANING FEATURE:To remove hair and dirt from the mop-head during cleaning, you spin it over brushes. These brushes scrap off the hair and dirt and dirty water. I love the fact that I don't have to use my hands to pull the dirt and hair off the mop-head. The brushes do it for me. The pumping action adds fresh clean water to the mop-head. The clean water reservoir is in the middle section of the bucket. The dirty water collects in the outside section of the bucket.ADDING MORE CLEAN WATER (for big jobs):- It's easy to empty the dirty water in the sink without taking the whole assembly apart. There's an orange stopper in the bottom edge of the bucket. It's like a rubber cork. Just put the edge of the bucket over the sink. Pull the orange stopper out. The dirty water drains into the sink.- It's easy to add fresh water without taking the whole assembly apart. There's a 1.8 inch orange funnel in the corner of the bucket. The funnel goes to the fresh water reservoir. I used a pitcher to pour clean water into the funnel. I also pour floor cleaner into the bucket though this funnel. If you have a large sink, you can put the whole bucket in the sink and fill the funnel straight from the tap.TWO NOTES:(1) This mop head is 8.5 inches wide. It cannot fit behind the toilet. You will still need to have a small skinny mop to reach the tiny spaces behind your toilet.(2) This mop has rounded corners, 2 inches in radius. Therefor it will not clean the last two inches of dirt sitting in the corners of your floor. My church almost fired a maid for not cleaning the corners. They gave her a warning and told her to do better next time.CONCLUSION:If you have a skinny mop now, don't throw it out. Save it for cleaning tiny spaces and corners. Sometimes, you need two different mops to clean one room. That's OK. I'd rather have two mops do a perfect job, then one mop doing an imperfect job.All in all, I LOVE THIS SPIN MOP!5 STARS!
