Je l’utilise pour les planches à découper, il faut être très prudent, très agressif.

Not as good as I'd hoped but way better than the 3/4" diameter version. Little engineering issues such as cutters sitting slightly proud of bearings, but acceptable in most cases.

Used this bit for the first time on some 1 1/2” thick alder wood, and it cut like a dream! Highly recommend!!

This is my experience with the product other user experiences may differ. I own the insert bit with the bottom bearing and I am really satisfied with it. On the account, I decided to buy the one with double bearings. I installed it in my router table (Bosch 1617 on a Jessem lift) set the router to its slowest speed (8000 rpm) Put a bucket over it and started it. The vibrations it generated was crazy! Conclusion: The bit I got is off axis by 0.032 inches when the bottom bearing is over the table plane.Needless to say, I returned it and ordered the insert bit with the top bearing instead. I just hope it will be as good as th first one I bought.

Cuts very cleanly as it pushes the limits of length. Loud which is good as it is very dangerous in its full extension. Make sure bandsaw cuts do not leave much material to remove

Love this bit. It is massive. Leaves a very nice finish on hardwoods. Value is hard to beat especially with 4 cutting edges and standard carbide inserts. I would buy it without hesitation. As with all pattern type bits, leave as little material as possible on the part being flush cut. Saves time and wear.

What I like most about this trim bit is that it can be kept sharp in the same manner as helical cutters on jointers and planers. If a cutter is damaged in any way, just turn the offending cutter 90 degrees and carry on. This is a lifetime tool - spare cutters are inexpensive. Cutting capacity is huge with bearings above and below the cutters.
