A valid credit card is required to cover overages in case you exceed the applicable data limit.

The chip I got from Amazon was expired so I had to contact the company and took Them a week and a half to send me another one Besides that everything works.

We purchased this for my mom while she was visiting us in the States. Didn't experience any connection issues. It was easy to set up. The customer service was not bad at all. I used the auto charge during her travel and cancelled it after she left.

I used my card for the first time to buy extra time at Speedtalk April 6th. this was the only online purchase i made with the card. April 10th my card was used to fraudulently purchase air tickets in Singapore online. I recommended Speedtalk to my Father in Law. This was the only purchase he made with his card that month. It was used for a fraudulent online purchase two days later. Speedtalk has either lax online security, or they are actively stealing card numbers. Stay away!

I just buy the sim card for $11/month and activate the account on 4/30/2023. This month, just 24 days after the next cycle, the automatic payment change my credit card for $11.50 for the month of May. When I call customer service for the extra $.50, the customer service name Kevin told me that the new surcharge from T-moble, and all customers will have to pay the new fee. I mention that I have been a customer with SpeechTalk for years without any extra change, and 3 others account that I get for my family never had any surcharge like this. And another fact that I just make payment for the other 3 lines without any non-notify change. He kept saying that I have to pay for the $.50 monthly from now on. This is just a scam to the customer when they mentioned on about NO CONTRACT, NO HIDDEN FEE.

This is amazing. I have the same coverage and reception that I used to enjoy from my old carrier, but I pay about $100 LESS using THIS SIM CARD!!!! Super happy. It's super easy to setup and activate, also! Thanks!

Not working with unlock phone as describe. No service, No signal, it doesn't work at all. Don't buy it!Don't trust Speedtalk, I return this product and it keep charging to my credit card every month.
