I purchased these for my 7 yr old son and have enjoyed toying with them myself. He absolutely loves the windmill cube, just a favorite of his. The axis cube is a solid challenge and definitely ups the difficulty level. In the end, it is just a 3x3 and solvable with the usual strategies, but with the centers offset and on an edge and directional, it is difficult to visualize the strategies in the midst of the chaos. The thing just appears to explode in your hands as it gets scrambled. But, reining it in and solving it feels like restoring order and does bring a sense of accomplishment. All cubes seem made well, though center cap has slipped off the axis cube a couple times. Nice combo of 3x3 cubes

I find myself very confused by the negative reviews on this product. Perhaps I just need more time to discover the flaws. The cubes I received had vey smooth action and were a little loose for my taste. I would admit that these are not designed for speed cubing and this is mis-leading info in the description, and, for that, I’d count a star against them. However, these are solid puzzle cubes. They are progressively more difficult, with the windmill cube being the middle of said difficulty. They all turned very easily, and I was impressed with their construction in general. I loved them. The most difficult of the 3 is probably an 8 out of 10 on the difficulty scale, as it is easy to loose your orientation right up until the final algorithm. I recommend these to the casual Cuber, but I would avoid these if you are looking for a quality speed cube version of these designs. They do not have magnets or springs to realign themselves. All and all, well worth the price and fun to solve.

Solves like a normal Rubik’s cube but with a little extra challenge. Turning is very smooth, stickers have a nice contrast to them, durable enough to handle falls. No complaints, great price.

Bought these for my son as stocking stuffers... He love rubics cubes and have three variationswould have been a new challengefor him...two where exactly the same so now I have give one away.
