The evaporator arrived well packaged and in new condition. (not bought, returned, and resold) I was very surprised that not only did it come with two new studs (most cheap evaporators do not) but it also came with the two connection ports properly sealed with bolt-on metal caps. I have not installed this yet (it just arrived) but I assume it will be holding a vacuum and I should hear a hiss when I remove the first cap from the evaporator. It did not come with new metal/rubber sealing washers but I suppose it would be possible to re-use the seals that are under the metal caps from the factory. That's wouldn't be recommended but there are probably in better condition than the seals that were on the old evaporator. For the money, this is not a bad product.
