These bags aren't totally clear, which is what I was looking for. They seal nicely, though. They are pretty thin but will be fine for packaging light weight items. I like the larger size because I am able to easily fold it over to make it smaller if needed. The are not shiny and have a slight cloudiness to them. You can open and reseal these without ripping the bag which is nice. If you're needing packaging with the suffocation warning and you're on a budget, these will work well.
