WOW! This has really changed my bread making. Especially with sourdough. It also helps with the feeding and keeping your stache ready for use. I keep about 4 cups available between the stache and discard at all times. The temp is accurate as checked with a digital probe. The little suction cup doesn't always work well on a rounded surface, but not a big deal - just don't use it. Highly recommended!

The controls are easy to use, and it is easy to adjust temperature degree .The temperature is exactly accurate. Combined with the cover, it does a good job of creating a gently warm environment. if you just have a cold kitchen, and want something to create a generally evenly warm environment for your doughs or ferments, this is a good option.

I used this with a carboy and it was able to maintain temperature well. I like the long cords, and I didn’t have any issues with getting everything situated. This unit and probe have been working well thus far and everything seems to be well made.
