Its definitely good for the money. I bought it because it was the cheapest option at the time. I installed everything within an hour. It came with everything needed, had a few spares at the end. May not be professional quality, but it seems to be perfectly capable of getting the job done. I would compare it to the brands sold at your regular super market.

I really just needed the power cable, but it was cheaper to buy a whole kit. I've bought a lot of these cheap amp kits over the years, and they are all about the same... not super high quality, but good enough to get the job done. The power and ground wire seemed like the nicest part of the kit. felt high quality and had good copper wire. I think its more like 10Ga, not 8Ga, but I needed 10Ga and figured buying a cheap 8Ga kit would get me close.The RCAs seemed almost OK, but i didn't need them, so haven't tested them.The speaker wire seemed especially cheap, but it will work. The misc connectors and accessories were also pretty low quality, the zip ties barely held, and the crimp connectors were odd.But for the price, I think the fuse, holder, and power wire is worth it, so hard to complain.

Really nice kit. I bought this to install a Rockville underseat subwoofer/amp. I chose this because the Rockville kit was going to take longer for delivery. This one has the thicker power cable - 8 AWG vs. 10 AWG offered by Rockville. The only improvement I would make is for the kit to come with ring lugs that match the self tapping ground screw. I ended up using one that I already had. This wasn't enough to reduce the overall 5 star rating. The cables were plenty long enough, and they were very limp (almost no "memory") and flexible - which made it very easy to route and tuck away for a clean install.

Everything worked fine had no problem at all, the kit obviously is not a extra high quality one but its actually a pretty good one of course if you want better sound quality you should still go for a high quality brand kit, but anyway this is a good buy i can really recommend it to any one who wants to give a try to install it yourself.

I have bought the 4 Gauge kit from SounBox and I was very pleased. This time however, I bought the 8 Gauge for my daughters car and although the rest of the kit is great, the power wire is NOT close to 8 Gauge, I could probably lace my tennis shoes with this power wire, it's absurd. The 4 Gauge was more than acceptable (around October/2017) but I cannot vouch for the 8. In fact the 8 gauge should get 1 star and the 4 gauge 5 stars. Hence the 3 star.

I installed this in my 2003 Toyota Matrix to a JVC head unit I got at best buy, and an old amp from a friend. Amazing cable quality, and came with plenty of connectors and splices. Fuse and battery cable are solid. It came with more of all the extras than I needed (zip ties, tubing, connectors). which is great because I didn't have to worry about getting it perfect the first time. Way better price than buying at brick and mortar shop and quality is perfect.
