Current of SSR=Current of Equipment*magnification
PS: The magnification depend on the kind of your loading equipment.
Resistive load :2 to 3 times
Inductive load: 6 to 7 times
Capacitive load:10 times
The start-up current of capacitive and inductive loads is very large,Make sure you the kind of your loading equipment and choose carefully
About the choice of heat dissipation and radiator
Even with the same load, the more frequently the solid state relay is switched on and off, the more heat is generated.
Please make sure that the SSR is in a good heat dissipation environment, choose a suitable heat sink, and ensure that it works within 158°F (70°C).

This works fine in general. I had it triggered on a 6V signal wire. When I converted my signal input to an Arduino, the 3.6V output of my Arduino ESP8266 was not enough to trigger this every time (some times it worked), unfortunately. Will go with MOSFET RFP30N06LE.Otherwise, I was driving a 5A 12V pump with it without any heatsink and it worked great for years.
