I have Parkinson's disease and prone to fall or get stuck. These pads generally stay put, with only occasional adjustment. If I cannot get up, I can at least crawl with out intense pain to where I can get up.They are thin enough not to protrude through pants. It increased my quality of living and reducing injury.Plus I can do floor exercise better. I love it.

I loved these when I first wore them to dance class, but they lost their structure after a week. The padding separated and the fit around my tiny knees was so stretched out. I washed them how I’ve washed my other pairs, and they dried nicely. I was hoping maybe they’d shrink after the wash and get their fit back… I ended up flipping them around a few times but maybe I need a different pair. I borrowed my friends which were the exact same and they were amazing. Hoping I got a flawed pair because I don’t like leaving poor reviews when I’ve seen the product be effective.

We have purchased these for a while now and you get a great product and deal! We use for basketball and they have enough padding if you fall for support. They aren’t too thick in fabric, so still breathable. The fit is tighter, but that’s fine considering you won’t want a knee pad to slide around anyways.

I work with animals and a lot of times I have to kneel on the ground. Pads are firm but soft. These knee pads are a life saver. Buy extras though cause they last for a decent amount of months. I would say on average they last for 5 months if you use them 4-5 days a week. Not to mention it protects your knees if you accidentally hit something or in my case a dog was upset over something and decided to headbutt my knee. Cute but I need my knees. Better to spend money now than to wait when you're retiring and your knees are really messed up.

Terrible quality for volleyball. Used only a couple times and padding squished down to nothing. Might as well just wear socks over your knees because the padding is about the same as that. Waste of money.
