Saying that this exhaust is terrible would be an understatement. I have had to reweld this exhaust at several failure points. So far it has broken at the base of the neck, the transition to the muffler, and the baffling inside. Do not purchase this exhaust... period.

This is a good muffler and pipe, it actually sounds good and quiet and it's nice to unscrew the muffler if I'm really trying to irritate the neighbors. However the flange where you bolt the entire unit to the motor is terribly tack welded. This WILL break over time, probably very quickly. This however is absolutely no problem to someone who owns and operates a welder. Be advised if you purchase this and would like to actually use it for a long period of time, you will need to have and/or know a welder.

This scalded my leg twice in the same spot within 10 minutes! I sent it back the next day with my skin baked on it! I've still got the scar! Will have it the rest of my life! Sure it's partly my fault, but I shouldn't have to worry about my exhaust when I'm trying to ride my minibike for fun! Have you ever smelled burnt flesh? Me neither,until I installed this!

Bought and installed this on my son’s BT200x. Install was fairly easy, but had to modify the gasket to get it to fit, but that was only issue. He rode it about an hour before the crappy tack welds (only 2 tack welds with no penetration on flange) failed and exhaust fell off while riding. Appreciate the price and everything in the kit, just wish the quality was better. Good thing I have access to a welder, but if you buy this you might reinforce it before you install.

This might be the first review I’ve even written on a product I have purchased. I don’t usually do this, but the quality of this exhaust pipe was honestly so terrible that I thought a review was necessary to inform others. It honestly infuriates me that something like this is even able to be sold. Let me give you a timeline of events. I get the exhaust, I screw in the muffler and bolt it on. Not even 5 minutes of riding (hard riding) my 212cc Coleman minibike, the threads are completely broken off the muffler. No issue. I get back to the garage and weld the muffler back on. Take it for another 5 minute ride, and the muffler itself has split in two seperate sheets of metal, and it’s making a crazy rattling sound. No worries again I’ll just fix the garbage Chinese welds and carry on. Third time riding the bike and the flange to bolt the exhaust on gets a massive crack and is leaking exhaust. NO WORRIES YET AGAIN. I take it back and guess what??? I welded that thing. FOURTH TIME RIDING, and what happens?? The pipe just completely separates from the flange. At this point I’m already frustrated at something else so in the garbage it goes. Anyway that’s my little rant over. Don’t buy this trash…

installed on my mini bike and rode it for the first time on a trail and the vibration from the motor actually broke the welds by the flange where the exhaust bolts on the exhaust port and my exhaust fell off. this is still a great product but needs to be welded better for the longevity. I ended up welding the broken area and now its better than before still recommend.

From normal riding on the mini bike, no drops, no falls. The muffler broke from the welds as well as started shearing off by the threads...
