Ended up making amazon claim...Their over seas customer service just shined me on as long as they could...It came with 2 bad batterys they would not replace...batterys and snow blower are chipped like an Iphone no generics are coming since not possible...Only their 12ah battery can run it,no generics are coming....Replacements only available from snow joe are $200.00 each...No idea if the snow blower is any good, not gonna stick another 400.00 in without warranty to find out..At this point,no option but to keep amazon refund and throw it all in the garbage unused...

When it arrived I charged the 4 batteries, but they would not charge, when I called snow joe customer service I was told the batteries were bad and that they do not have any more and to return it to amazon for a refund. All the amazon reviews are the same that the batteries do not charge, Stay away from this model

This company has the worst customer service department on earth! When I received the snowblower 2 of the 4 batteries would not charge. I contacted their customer service department on 11/20/24, and explained the problem to them. They wanted a video of the batteries not charging and when we sent to them they said we needed to send them another video because they couldn't see it.we told them we would send the 2 batteries back to them because that was the best we could do. After that message they could see the video just fine. Next they were going to send us 2 - 5.0 Ah batteries and our snowblower takes 12.0 Ah batteries. After we finally convinced them we needed 12.0 Ah batteries they sent us 2 yellowed re-built batteries and 1 of those batteries would not charge. When we contacted them about the batteries they wanted to start the process all over again. We told this had been going on for almost 2 months and we were not going to start this process again. We returned the snowblower to them and will never buy anything from them again. Do not get involved with this company because if you need customer service they will string you along for ever. I had to give them 1 star because I could not submit this review without one. I would not give them any stars.

Pay for a brand new 100 volt snowblower, open box to see one battery box open with missing box package and two out of four batteries did not work

Bought in Oct of 2024. Unboxed and tried to charge the batteries. Three of the four batteries would not charge and the pack indicating light did not work. Filed a warranty claim to replace the three defective batteries. I am convinced their customer service and warranty departments are predetermined to not send replacements or acknowledge defects. I have submitted numerous photos and videos showing the three defective batteries and the fourth functioning properly with the charger. In their most recent attempt to delay taking responsibility for their defective packs they offered to send an newer model of charger which they claim can "rejuvenate" dead batteries. This is a ridiculous statement. The inability to take a charge or show charge on the pack indicates and internal pack wiring issue or the cells have discharged to 0% SOC. In any event the defective packs should be replaced and potentially repaired and refurbished if the cells themselves are somwhow still savable. Absolute joke of a company, will not buy again.

Snow Joe's warranty support is worthless. My unit arrived with three bad batteries. I have submitted video after video of proof that the batteries are bad. I have been fighting a replacement for over a month. They come up with excuse after excuse (or another support step) to not send new batteries. Stay away from this company. If you do buy one of their products, return it immediately to the seller if there are any issues. They do not honor their warranty.

Bought the Snow Joe snowblower after having one to clean off a US Navy Museum ship. Worked great. However, 3 of 4 batteries failed to charge. Back and forth with Co and finally received new chargers today. STILL not charging. Bought 3 additional batteries. Of 7, 2 charged. In dealing with the requirements in emails, I now lost my 30 day return window with Amazon. Returning the entire lot if I can, so disgusted. Their 12 Ah batteries are defective.
