I bought these to do my Christmas baking. It really helped make things move quickly and smoothly making a large variety of gluten free cookies. I always use parchment paper to avoid cross contamination.

I wish these were packaged in a separate sleeve aside from the box they were shipped in, because as soon as I opened the top flap, all 400 slid out onto the floor. Parchment is SLIPPERY so it was a struggle getting them all back together and stacked. Now they live in a mason jar box without their original packaging. Besides that, these work great for baking sheets as nonstick liners, but if you're cooking with anything that releases oil, the oil WILL seep through the parchment and you'll still have to wash the sheet pan (mostly why I use parchment). But they're still a good value.
