How to lock the door outside?
1.Long press the 'C/M' key on the keyboard.
2.Long press the lock button of remote control.
About Normal Open Mode
Here are the complete steps：
- To open the normally open mode: press [9] and then press [OK) key, the user recognizes the opening of the lock after opening (no user identification, will exit the normally open mode).
- Turn off the normally open mode: press [0] and then press the [OK] key.
- Enter the user information (by fingerprint or password), and then you can actually activate the normally open mode.

Amazon customer support has been nothing but trouble. Find the support email for the manufacturer in the package and just reach out to them. I had trouble operating the lock and Amazon was just guessing and refused to share the contact with me. Overall, the product works well and the manufacturer was great to work with.

My biggest fear was installing it and having the glass door break but followed the instructions to the t and was simple and easy. Programming it was also easy and been using it longer then two months with no issues.

I thought I could use this on a patio door in order to come and go, while still having the ability to lock it. But this is made for two swinging glass doors like you would see in stores or a mall, etc. I also would question the level of security that a peel and stick could possibly provide, which all the more it is meant for more of interior privacy doors like in an office setting. The quality and appearance appear very good. I couldn't use, but that was my bad!

I got these smart look for my father’s house and honestly it is beautiful and very stylish. I am very happy about it. It is also very easy to install as long as you have a glass door.

I installed several of these locks on several display cases, and they were simple to install. Everything is self-adhesive which attaches everything nice and sturdy. The lock itself was easy to setup and the fingerprint reader works exceptionally well. The app loaded with no issues and works bug free which is nice. This is a really cool design that works great. I would buy this lock again. 5 STARS
