It tuck 1 3 weeks to arrive, it arrive Brocken and dirty with stain that I can’t remove. the manual is in Chinese, and super difficult to assemble.

The desk arrived with only Chinese instructions. A QR code was provided with an instruction video. The video was also in Chinese. As shown in pictures, the side wall is damaged. The deep scratches can’t be cleaned or repaired. Also, the locking bolts do not lock. The back board doesn’t lock into place, which means the back board is unstable and falls off. It is a hazard to customers and employees. I requested a return within days of receiving the defective desk. The seller said to paint the damaged area to cover up the damage at my cost and time. The seller also sent English instructions and said to rebuild the desk. The desk was put together correctly, but their product is faulty. The seller said they won’t accept a return because it would cost too much for them to ship it back. The seller does not stand by their product or provide customer satisfaction. Again, the seller was contacted within the return window, and the seller is unreasonable. Do not waste your money on this product. You can find a better quality product from another seller.
