Does not fit well, I needed to buy 1/2 in spacers to make it work. It's rough overall. 2003 Shadow Spirit.

After reading several reviews on what looked like identical products I decided on this one. Couple of things with the install. Put the side brackets in first and build off them. The bolts for the uprights are long and will hit your fender. I put them in facing outwards so the heads were close to the fenders so no scratched paint. Also it's a little oversized so you're gonna have to squeeze it together and fight it a bit but it will work. Don't tighten anything until all the bolts are started then lock them all down and it's solid

Excellent fitment for my 2003 Honda Shadow Spirit 750. If you are considering this for your bike, the best advice I could give is make sure you put the side brackets on first (the ones that actually attach to the bike). Then put on the sissy bar and luggage rack. I put it all together first and then tried to put it on my bike and found it almost impossible. Once I took the sissy bar and luggage rack off it went on WAY easier!

Finally after 3 other tries this one fits! Exactly what I expected at a great price. You will need two longer bolts that I picked up at Ace Hardware.
