I tried both bulbs in my lamp. Even though they fit fine, neither would would work when the lamp was plugged in and turned on. I tried other plugs to be sure, but to no avail.

I love the lamp that these bulbs are used for, but after visiting a few local stores, none could be found. I should have done as usual, and checked Amazon first. No point in running to multiple stores, wasting priceless gas, to find these unique bulbs.
