Our Stainless Steel Spit Fork Set has been designed to offer a easy, rust proof solution to rotisserie grilling. Featuring a durable offset prong orientation, these forks will accommodate a greater variety of loads without losing grip. Featuring a machined hub rather than the sheet metal designs seen on other brands for added strength. More than one set of forks can be used with a spit rod.
If you are cooking multiple pieces of meat on your spit then save yourself some space, with this all stainless double fork. This fork allows you to easily tighten and loosen with its oversized thumbscrew, its stainless steel construction ensures durability, and easy cleaning. Fits spits up to 1/2-Inch and 3/8-Inch hexagon & 3/8-Inch and 5/16-Inch square spit rods.

Don't Forget to Seasoning the Bird
A simple mixture of honey, lime, salt, pepper, and paprika is all that it takes to make something special out of a chicken.
Marinades, dry rubs, and bastes will all work well with rotisserie chicken. A good marinade will do more towards a juicy bird than applying sauces during cooking.
When applying marinades or rubs to your chicken, do your best to get it under the skin and to the meat. Coating the skin will help to make it tasty, but won't do a lot for the meat underneath.

These meat forks work great on my rotisserie, they hold either chicken or pork much better than the standard ones that I had. Easy to clean.

Great addition to our grilling kitchen. These rotisserie meat forks are sturdy and hold the chicken well. They have alternating lengths (2 are longer, 2 are a bit shorter), which works well for penetrating the breast and other thicker parts of the chicken.One tip that helped me is to use a pair of pliers to tighten the wingnut screw assembly super tight to the rotisserie bar. That kept it the meat forks in place. They are very sturdy so no hesitation about putting some pressure on the screw to keep them in place.

Used these to replace the rotisserie forks on the Masterbuilt 560 rotisserie. Direct replacement. Well built. Great to have an extra pair to stabilize multiple birds/roasts.

I have a Weber Genesis II E310 Rotisserie. I lost my original forks and found the online and after a bit of research ordered them. I am happy to say that these fit the Weber spit rod perfectly and work great. Excellent customer service by Skyflame when I had a delivery issue and they made sure I had the forks in time for Father's Day.

I am thoroughly pleased with this Meat Fork replacement. I kept my old one, removed the separation plates from the old ones, drilled holes for the new forks and slide those plates on when using these new forks to keep juices from getting into the tiny nooks and crannies of the new forks while grilling. Works like a champ.
