These skewers work pretty well for chicken wings. The guide helps keep the skewers parallel as you thread the wings on. I’d try using these for seasoned gyro meat.

I bought these along with a different set (the single stainless steel spear kabob) because my family and I wanted to start eating healthier by grilling and we love Kabobs.Pros: What I love about these is that they are stainless steel. 1. I no longer have to pre-soak skewers before use, which saves me time. 2. I like that with proper care they do not rust. I found them to be easy to clean and easy to load food on. 3. I love the way my food cooks on them. Because the steel is a heat conductor I found that our foos cooked faster and more evenly, offering better taste and char.Con: The only thing I didnt like about these is that the dislodger doesnt slide up as smoothly as I would like, and often times my meat or veggies would get stuck on the skewers, making it slightly difficult to remove. For this reason, I didnt see a major difference in using them or the single spear kabob.But again, I like them and would buy them again if needed. I also recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good kabob set.

This was a really good investment. I love the 'slide off' the skewers feature and there was no 'spinning' involved trying to get all sides to roast on the BBQ. Definitely worth the money!
