Cut pretty good in my little mini mill.Just keep them cool and lubed for longer life.BTW mine have small chips in the bottom face but I don't see any bad results from using them

They work reasonably well but do not cut as freely as high speed steel endmills do. Larger burrs are pushed to remaining surfaces and more power is required for feed.

Just needed a few utility end mills for light milling on steel. They fit the bill. Cut smoothly and have not chipped after a half dozen cuts. No production here and in a home shop with a drill mill. Great value.
