The faucet is cheap and terrible. pull out will not retract all the way or stay locked in, very difficult to move it up and down when in use. Faucet is wobbly and made from cheap parts. Some internal parts actually broke off when I removed the faucet to replace with a new Kohler pull down faucet (with lever on the right side and not hanging over the sink), The new faucet makes a big difference, pull down works great, retracts properly, better water pressure and is secure-not wobbly any more. I would have rather returned the whole sink and cabinet, but is was the only sink/cabinet that I could find to meet my size and space needs. The assembly instructions were not good, drilled holes were missing, holes not lining up, the drawer sways when opening, cabinet doors don't line up. I'm hoping I can adjust the drawer and doors to at least make that part function and look better. The steel sink is cheap, but at least I knew that going into this. It's unfortunate that I had to spend almost another $200 on this for a new faucet. Hoping that it will be ok in the end. But really wish I could have found an overall better sink and cabinet and maybe with an option to not purchase the faucet with it.

The finish on the wood is thick and seems to clean up easy. It is particle board so you have to take your time building to preserve its integrity. Sink quality is good but I added some padding underneath to quiet the sound. Faucet is good except for the tip which is plastic. Overall decent buy.

Solid, parts fit together well. Customer service was responsive when I had a question. I see some comments on the web saying it is flimsy, the drawer is flimsy, this in not my experience. Everything has fit together. It does not wobble. The hinges are soft closing. Drawer works well. Happy with the purchase. It was boxed extremely well and no parts were damaged.The instructions could be a bit more clear: it instructs to put the drawer slides on but does not say one piece goes on the base, one piece is attached to the drawer, then slide it together. It also does not tell how to separate the drawer slide pieces, but the manufacturer was listed on the part and youtube had a video. Pretty minor inconvenience.

the construction of the cabinet is straightforward. it feels a bit unsteady until you hook up the plumbing and secure the sink on the top. at first, i was going to do the hookup but after looking at the instructions, we hired a plumber. it took about 25 minutes to get everything setup and then he and I secured it to the wall. They don't mention in the instructions that there is a small gap between the metal of the sink in the back and the wall so you to make sure water doesn't leak down there you need something to block that. I did the cheapest thing possible and just put some silicone there. Overall, we love the deep sink and this fits very well in our kitchen.

Good as a temporary cheap solution but you would be better off spending real money, I was was honestly disappointed in how flimsy the gauge of steel for the sink is and how wobbly the drawer seems.

Packaging was good and all components were received undamaged. It also assembled without difficulty. The instructions were decent. The quality seems good overall. The sink material could be of thicker gage stainless steel (or have a reinforcement panel under the faucet mounting hole), because there is some flex when pulling on faucet lever. The sink drain basket and strainer could be of better quality because they are in part made of plastic and are a bit difficult To line up when plugging the drain. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase!This is a post-installation update: I replaced the sink drain basket drain/strainer with one bought from Home Depot that is all metal and easier to plug off to hold water in the sink. I also found that faucet hot/cold direction (as shown by blue and red dots in faucet handle) was opposite of left for hot and right for cold we use in the US. I connected water supply as the colored dots indicated, and decided that it wasn’t a big deal. Found that sink, made of thin gage stainless steel, and without spray-on insulation underneath, was quite noisy from force of water when filling. Also as a warning: the internal cabinet shelf above the drawer prevented me from installing the sink drain p trap low enough to mate with the drain outlet in the wall. Since I didn’t want to tear open the wall and revise the drain plumbing, or cut a hole in the cabinet shelf, I discarded the plastic p trap and fittings supplied with the unit and instead installed an all-new p trap drain assembly with a flexible tube for reaching the wall drain opening from the p trap mounted above. I also bought it at Home Depot; it was manufactured by SnappyTrap. This may result in the water that should be left in the the p trap siphoning out when a large amount of water is drained from the sink. It is probably a border line s trap configuration the may not be up to code in the US. The flex drain line I used from SnappyTrap is supposed to be of code because it has a smooth internal walls, as opposed to jagged walls like other flex drains. I am still happy with the sink and cabinet, but it’s overall quality could be a bit better, especially when you consider it’s price and the additional cost of water supply lines, a new sink drain/strainer basket, and the p trap drain assembly with the flex outlet tube.

This cabinet/sink is a nice addition to my laundry room .. it is a good value for everything that comes with it.. (all parts needed .. handles. . Faucet.. all drain parts..) does require assembly and we were given two of the same part on the drawer which was a bit of a pain because we had to drill new holes but other than that it is a nice laundry sink .. I did use a different faucet but the one it comes with is decent.. would recommend
