I just purchased a Laundry cabinet, sink, and faucet-model # AXCLDYKYL-AB. It came quickly and was easy to assemble. However, the hose assembly is not quality. It is hard to pull out. It appears to be the wrapped in a plastic type wrap, after one use this wrap starts to fray (see attachments). One last thing - description states that it is pure white - the cabinet it, however, the sink is a heavy cream color.—UPDATE— The company responded quickly to my concern about the defective faucet/sprayer and sink and replaced them.

I was very happy with the look and quality of this sink and then 13mos after I installed it, the plastic sink got a crack. This is a laundry room sink and is used VERY infrequently so it is extremely surprising that it got a crack. I contacted customer support and they said that because it was beyond the 1-year warranty there was nothing they could do. I was only one month beyond the warranty and I'm not asking for a completely new product, just the thermoformed plastic sink top that they probably have thousands of sitting around in a warehouse somewhere. I now have a choice of throwing the entire unit away or an unsightly epoxy-type fix. Most companies stand behind their products but this company obviously treats these things like throw-away items so if you are expecting a sink to last for a while (which most would), I would avoid this product and this company.

Good enough for my laundry area. Wondering how long it will last. Chose it for the sink depth.

This sink looks great, so I bought it for my laundry room. It inexplicably cracked after using it rarely and gently for 4 months. Water leaked into the cabinet. When I wrote to SIMPLIHOME, they replied quickly, stating that they would only give me $80.00, which barely covered installation. They would not replace even just the cracked sink.Update: We continued emailing and they sent a replacement, which my plumber just installed.
