Bought for my husband. He said these were the most comfortable swim trunks he has worn.

I LOVE these trunks for so many reasons!First off 4 pockets make them perfect for travel. A lot of times when I'm somewhere on vacation where I'm going to be walking around town, or at the beach, or going hiking I like to wear just one pair of shorts and these are so nice that you can carry a phone and a wallet + keys without having everything jammed into one pocket or carrying an extra bag. The pockets are all good sized without looking too big. The side pockets are big enough to hold a cell phone or put your hands in. The cargo pockets are also plenty big for a phone and have velcro closures. The only complaint I have is that the velcro is not super strong so definitely don't count on keeping anything in the pockets while swimming but they should be fine for everything else. The material is super comfortable and has just enough stretch to make moving around very easy. From sitting to standing, to climbing up a steep hike, the material moves with you.Sizing seems right on. I ordered the medium and it fits me really well. I'm 6'0" 175lbs, with a 32" waist and 24" thighs and these shorts fit well and don't pinch anywhere. Usually I find that most shorts are tight around my biker legs but not with these shorts.I did not like the liner (which I really never wear shorts with liners) so I just cut them out. I was super easy and took about 2 minutes being really careful not to cut anything else. Now they are perfect for me. It's not that there is anything wrong with the liner, it is comfortable on the skin and moves well. I just don't like the extra material because it takes longer to dry.I may order a second set in another color, these are my go to shorts from now on!

I have usually used swim trunks that have the mesh liner. The mesh sort of works. It chafes your skin and does not hold things in place well. So, when I saw these trunks with a compression liner from Silkworld I knew I wanted to try them and I am quite happy with this product. Here are my thoughts on these trunks:PROS:1) The compression liner works great. It holds the male parts comfortably in place and they do not cause chafing. If the trunks rise up while swimming, you do not have to worry about exposing yourself either. An excellent idea that works fantastic.2) I do like the transition color of the pair I purchased. I think the color transition looks great. A much cleaner look than just a solid trunk.3) I followed their size chart and the trunks fit perfect. No issues there.CONS:1) The only con I have with these is the pockets. The pocket liner is a white mesh and every time I get out of the water my pockets are inside out with a bright white hanging out. Makes you look like a dork coming out of the water. The pockets need a Velcro or zipper to them to keep the pocket liner inside the pants.CONCLUSION:The swim trunks on the outside are a pretty normal pair of trunks. The compression liner is excellent and I enjoy the transition color scheme on the pair I purchased.RATING SYSTEM:I review a lot of products because I know reading other peoples reviews are very helpful in selecting the right product. I saw a reviewer that gave a rating scale and I thought, "that is useful". When one is reviewing from underwear to air compressors having a way to tell you why I rate is important. Here is my rating scale:5 Stars: Excellent product, I highly recommend this product for anyone.4 Stars: Good product, but there are some quality, functionality, or design issues, but will still work well.3 Stars: Okay product, it will work for some people but not all people. It works but not great.2 Stars: Is not very functional. It might work in a very specialized situation, but don't count on it.1 Star: Trash. I can't see any useful purpose for the product.

We cruise every year and are taking our fourth consecutive Transatlantic Cruise much later this year. So there’s no time like the present to start anticipating and getting excited about it. One of the very early tasks I take on is to order swimsuits and some years have not been pleasant in this regard. This year has been lovely and this suit is part of the reason why. As a rule, I don’t like ordering clothes on-line because they can surprise you in ways that aren’t always positive This is positive.I am not a fashion plate, I never was, at most in my long-ago youth, I might have been a fashion placemat. But these are very stylish in a very quiet way. Besides the contrasting orange tie which is a good one that won’t break on you, they have four, count ‘em, four pockets. So I can take my phone, my earbuds, my sunglasses and power brick and lose them on my own. Which I will. Of course. And they probably won’t pants me from the weight because the elastic tie is solid. I’ve been embarrassed by a room key, so this is a big improvement. Another asset is they have compression pants (shown inverted) which don’t compress (if you know what I mean). Some compression inserts are like tights and are not comfy. These are roomy, will guard your secrets and not convert them to liabilities (if you know what I mean, and I think you do). Lastly, they dry quickly, so you can wash them in the evening and wear them in the morning (or rotate them with another pair for variety – either way, they’ll be ready the next day, or on call whichever you prefer).Yes, these are a very good get.
