3rd time's a charm. This is the 3rd set of shamrock molds i have purchased, and these are just the right size for making candy, or small cookies. Many of your ads give improvise, or no, dimensions of what the final product will be. One set I ordered was the right height and width, but are so shallow that I'm afraid anything I make in them will break when I pop them out.But these molds are absolutely perfect, and I can't wait to use them.

My daughter and I decided to try our hands at chocolatiering this summer, so I've been collecting molds for the past several months. Since we're part Irish, these shamrock molds were a must-have.They are well-made with sharp details and the food-safe silicone will ensure that our creations slip out easily. They are deep enough cavities to allow for filled chocolates which is our focus for our chocolate-making adventure, so these really are ideal for our purpose.

The photograph can be deceiving on the size of the shamrock. I was expecting a larger shape. Because of the stem it is somewhat difficult to get the shape out that the stem breaks off.
