But they did work with my older version plug. Make sure plug is not a newer version made for the hard flat washer. Without the thread relief, these won’t work.

Couldn't source OMC 333572/Volvo Penta 3855081 and get it here fast enough, so found these Sierra cross referenced o-rings on here, and Prime to boot! They are in every way shape and form, the same as the OEM. Used them on the drain & vent plugs on my Volvo Penta SX drives. My only complaint is 5 per bag?? Why 5, and not 4 or 6? Now I am short 1 for the next time I change my drive fluids (2 drain plugs per drive x 2 drives). Had to order another bag.

Fit my water (3x) and oil plugs (2x) perfectly on my 93 OMC Cobra outdrive. Even the correct number when servicing and winterizing! The drive had o-rings originally and these fit the groves exactly. If your drive has/calls for Teflon and not o-rings, you don't want to buy these o-rings. If you have the remnants of black o-rings, buy these.

Not a good substitute for the #333572 factory flat teflon gasket....as it claims to be,this is a big fat oring,you can not tighten the plug up to spec with this..it just squishes out.
