It was missing the top connection screws that connects the main cables coming to the house. I had to drive to store to get them which was unexpected and time consuming considering the situation of needing to place this breaker. Everything worked but I would make sure you already have the screws if you order this.

This saved the change out on a circuit panel that lost 1 of the legs of power because the disconnect failed.No 230v just 115v available to the breakers. Bypassed the old until this new one came and it fit perfectly
