This came with no instructions, its just 3 bags (one with a hole in them) thrown in a box

Has a delay on delivery, and I ordered two sets, comes one set, so I have to use regular clamp to mount my Axe and Shovel inside the bed of my truck. So far so good. Like the material and locking system which one of the plastic cover cap will not stay close and dust and water will goes in. Will review later after a while when I used.

Item as advertised. I don't understand the issue about no instructions, don't really need them. If I can figure the mounting hardware out a monkey could (not to insult a monkey ) . Would purchase again, would highly recommend to family ,friend , our even the idiot down the street
