This is a really good little desktop radio for the price. It’s packed with just about every feature that I can think of. You will get AM,FM,SW bands. It has an MP3 player function with a usb port and a micro SD card slot. The radio is big enough for it to be considered a tabletop radio but also portable enough so you can easily carry it around. It has a built in handle.

I bought this since I needed a cheap shortwave capable radio and this was just the first one that popped out at me. Lo and behold, I am actually very pleasantly surprised with the unit. It can be powered by its internal 1200mAh rechargeable battery or by 2 C-Cell batteries. Its VHF FM reception is super strong and produces a much richer sound than a radio this size and price should be capable of. In MW and SW AM broadcasts are still strong and sound great for AM stations. The Bluetooth receiver works very well in addition to all this. At first I was miffed I accidentally ordered two radios, but now I cannot wait to gift one to someone, as this is really a good little radio.

Was excited for this to connect to my projector to watch movies and have the sound come thru a speaker we could put closer to us, but it turned out to be a let down.The radio is small but has pretty good sound and the volume, level it can go, is great. Everything is simple to do and pretty much self explanatory tho it does come with instructions.The disappointing part is when I connected thru Bluetooth for my projector the volume was barely audible. I thought maybe it was my projector so I connected to my laptop and my phone and still a whisper of sound. Idk if this is a defect or just poor design but I'm thoroughly disappointed. 3 stars because the radio does function like it should, its cute and uncomplicated.

This SHORTWAVE AM FM RADIO WITH BLUE TOOTH SPEAKER has excellent sound. I have had less success with reception, but we live in an area that is really windy and has trouble even getting over-the-air TV reception at times. It is frustrating.I got no shortwave and very poor AM radio coming through. FM seems to come in a lot better. I may get something to boost the antenna. But all is not lost because I can play my playlists via Bluetooth when the reception is bad.My tablet and my desktop computer saw the radio as soon as I turned on the Bluetooth. It connected immediately, and I could use the radio buttons to advance to the next song or replay the last one. The Bluetooth operated flawlessly and sounded really good. Even my picky husband with a good ear for music was impressed with the sound.This will also take a TF card, but I haven’t tried it yet. It is rechargeable, and a full charge will give you several hours of music.I like this little radio. I am not docking any stars for the reception because we live in a dead zone with really poor reception. I can’t blame the radio for that. Also, the radio has a lot of features, great sound, and a very reasonable price.
