See photo. Product was sold Used: Like New.Mangled phone cord did not work and needed to be replaced prior to using the phone. Seller couldn't be bothered to wipe down this phone prior to selling it. The whole front face and display are scratched and covered in filth.After thoroughly cleaning and replacing the cord, the phone works fine. This should not have been marked "like new" considering it was filthy and non functional without replacing a component.
