I could have gone into town to a LBS and probably found the same thing for more $$Instead, stayed home, rode another bike, and this bottom bracket showed up the next day - a Sunday, no less.

I use this product in my bike, before it make an annoying noise, now it become silent when pedalling and too smooth. I recommend to buy it.

Works great. Threaded into my bsa bottom bracket perfectly and my 24mm hollow crank spins freely. I don't notice any creaking/grinding and the bearings are holding up well after a few months.

You simply can not go wrong with any Shimano branded bike parts. This BB is easy to install and the bearings are of very high quality. I have nearly 10K miles on my current BB and it is not even beginning to show signs of wear. Very durable and smooth spinning.
